What is the shipping timeframe for Speediance equipment?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Due to the size and weight of our smart gym systems, standard freight delivery takes approximately 7-14 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer professional installation services?
Speediance is designed for easy 'plug-and-play' setup. However, we do partner with third-party white-glove delivery services in select regions that can assist with unboxing and assembly for an additional fee.
What is your return policy for large fitness equipment?
We offer a 30-day risk-free trial. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping fees and a restocking fee may apply.
Does the Speediance system require a monthly subscription?
While the core strength training features and lifetime library of movements are available for free, a premium membership is required to access live classes, advanced AI coaching, and personalized training programs.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
Every Speediance unit comes with a standard 12-month warranty covering the screen, motor, and electronic components, and a 24-month warranty on the structural frame.
Can I use Speediance without an internet connection?
An active Wi-Fi connection is required to log in, track your workout data, and stream video content. However, some basic manual modes can be accessed offline once the machine is initialized.
