Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Equipment
Carefully disassemble the unit and pack it securely in the original heavy-duty packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized logistics partners to schedule a professional curbside pickup of your Speediance device.
Inspection and Refund
After our technicians inspect the returned unit at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees.
